TTT (Twice Told Tales) Used Book Store

Twice Told Tales will be open Saturday, November 25, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The used book store, operated by Friends of the Library, is at 765 South Main, Scottsburg.
The “season” is here — holiday food season, that is — and the store has a great collection of cook books. Buy One, Get One Free is the deal on all cookbooks, craft books, and puzzles. Also featured are newly-donated, large selections of Janet Evanovich novels and Debbie Macomber paperbacks.
All proceeds from Twice Told Tales benefits the Scott Co Library and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

     August is the last month for the summer special, Buy 2 Get 1 FREE, and all books qualify forthe reduced pricing.  Of notable interest are:
     ** Cookbooks – many new choices
     ** Janet Evanovich – very good selection of the # books
     ** Fantasy, SciFi – expanded section, several series’ books
     ** Front room – all new-to-the-store books
     ** Hardback fiction – best selection of newer books since opening the store!

Twice Told Tales will be open Friday, June 9, and Saturday, June 10, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm both days.  The used book store is at 765 South Main, Scottsburg.
     The children’s book sale was a success!  The Friends will match the total sales and send a check for $500 to the Library’s Summer Reading Program.  The Friends and the Library thank you!
     All books will qualify for the Buy 2 – Get 1 Free special for June, July, and August.  Buy any 2 hardbacks, paper-backs, or children’s books and the third one is free.  What a great way to stock-up on your summer (beach?) reading!
     Three sections of the store have been completely sorted and re-stocked.  The religious, political, and government shelves have a new look and new titles.  Also out for the first time is a recent donation of 34 movie DVDs suitable for PG-13 and older.
     Twice Told Tales is operated by Friends of the Library for the benefit of all Scott County readers.  Donations are gratefully accepted during store hours

Twice Told Tales will be open Saturday, May 27, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.  The used book
store is at 765 South Main, Scottsburg.
    The Children’s Book Sale will continue one more day.  Every available shelf has an amazing collection of wonderful books for our youngest readers.  Don’t forget — all proceeds from this sale will be matched by the Friends and given to the library for the Summer Reading Program.
     Next month’s sale days are June 9, 10, and 24.

    March Mystery Madness continues!  All mysteries, espionage, and war fiction books
are half-priced — 50 cent hardbacks and 25 cent paperbacks.
    Harlequin sack sales are also continuing.  Bags of 20 books are only 50 cents and
do-it-yourself sacks are 11 books for $1.
    The front room of the store has been restocked with the best of new donations in a
wide variety of genres. 
    Twice Told Tales is operated by Friends of the Library and is at 765 South Main,
Scottsburg.  April sale days are the 7th, 8th, and 22nd.

Twice Told Tales will be open Friday, December 9, and Saturday, December 10, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
The used book store, operated by Friends of the Library, is at 765 South Main, Scottsburg.
     For those who love to read Christmas stories during the month of December, the store shelves are packed with all genres.  Also featured is a recent donation — every book Debbie Macomber has written.  This sale would be the best time to fill 
gaps in your CEDAR COVE series.
     Twice Told Tales will not be open on the fourth Saturday, December 24.  The Friends thank the community for their support and wishes everyone a Blessed Christmas and the Happiest of New Years.

 Twice Told Tales is ready for Christmas!  The used book store’s shelves are filled with every Christmas book in inventory and that’s a huge number!  From children’s books to cookbooks,  inspirational to westerns, and mysteries to romance, every genre has a wide selection.
     The store will be open Saturday, November 26, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and is at 765 South Main, Scottsburg.
