The Scottsburg Kiwanis Club recognized thirteen third graders at Johnson ES for making the BUG Honor Roll the second grading period.  BUG (Bringing Up Grades) is a Kiwanis signature program that rewards students who improve their gradesBUG Honor Roll students in Mrs Meadow’s class this grading period are Felicia Carey, Carson Cravens, Emmalee Mason, Broden Schoettmer and Henry TellezBUG Honor Roll students in Mrs Rose’s class are Braiden Castillo, Ali Couch, Nowlin Craig, Sara Elliott, Mackenzi Hensley, Alexis Holland, Randi Palmer-Sipe and Jacob TaylorTo make the BUG Honor Roll, students must improve at least one grade in at least one subject and not do down in any other subjects for the grading period.  BUG Honor Roll students receive a BUG T-Shirt the first time they make the BUG Honor Roll, a certificate identifying the subject(s) they improved, snacks and prizes.  Cupcakes were provided courtesy of Kiwanis Corporate Member Hampton Oaks Health Campus.  Congratulations to all these students for their hard work!
