The Scottsburg Kiwanis Club recognized thirty-one students at Vienna Finley Elementary School for making the BUG Honor Roll the first grading period. BUG is a Kiwanis signature program designed to provide incentive to students to improve their grades. BUG Honor Roll students from Mrs Lucas’ class are Addy Akers, Lola Hall, Scarlett Herald, Danny McDonald, Abby Padgett, Rhiannon Sieg, Lily Siekman, Taeson Stutsman and Mathew Ross. From Mrs Thomas’ class Brynley Culley, Tucker Doriot, Marley Fleenor, Sophie Gracious, Jace Luttrell, Natalie Smith and Chase Vaughn. From Mrs Broady’s class Addison Binkley, Aidan Bowling, Cadence Helton, Camille King, Anthony Mayo, Olivia Spellman, Mia Voiles, Trystyn Beaver, Kyra Johnson, Noah Derby, Abby Justice, Brayden Kimberlin, Brayden Pennington, Belle Pike and Brennan Roberts. To make the BUG Honor Roll students must improve at least one grade in at least one subject and not go down in any others. BUG Honor Roll students receive a BUG T-Shirt, certificate with their name identifying what subject(s) they improved and signed by their teacher and principal.
