It is the hope of CEASe and Scott County EMS to get as many Scott County lay people trained in naloxone administration as possible. Naloxone is an opioid reversal treatment administered after someone has overdosed from either injecting or orally taking prescription opioids or heroin.

Do you have a friend or family member who uses opioids? Would you like to receive opiate overdose prevention & response training?

If so, please register to attend one of these important FREE Naloxone Training Workshops being offered by Scott County EMS through a grant from CEASe of Scott County:
September 27 @ Scott Memorial Hospital 2:00-3:00pm
December 13 One Stop Shop (Austin) 6:00-7:00pm

To register, call Scott Co. EMS (812) 754-0500, ext. 21 or register online at www.scottcountyems.com

Thank you,

Lori Croasdell, Coordinator
CEASe of Scott County
