The Scottsburg Kiwanis Club and Vienna Finley Elementary School hosted a charter ceremony for the Kiwanis Kids Club on 19 February 2016. Kiwanis Kids or K-Kids, is a signature Kiwanis Service Leadership Program designed to develop leadership and character in club members through the vehicle of community service.
